The June 17, 2008 Joseph Carreras celebrated 50 years of his debut at the Gran Teatro Liceu in Barcelona. I was fortunate to be in this privileged celebration and listen to one of the world's most beautiful voices of opera. José Carreras as is his style, offered a program of Italian songs, English and Catalan, in its tone caramel and deploying 
a great passion in their performances.
